Tour Confirmation

• Only once you have paid in full, the tour confirmation vouchers will be sent/ emailed. All rates are net & non commissionable.

Tour Price

• Our prices are correct at the time of publication (Feb 2007). We reserve the right to change the prices time to time. Accordingly it is possible that when you booked your holiday the actual price may have gone up or down. You will be given intimation in advance for the additional payment or reduction.
• Change of booking from one tour to another, we do not guarantee the confirmation but will try our best to accommodate however the charges if any will have to be borne by you/ agent/ passenger.

Cancellation of booking.

• More than 30 days             25% of the tour cost
• 15 -29 days                        50% of the tour cost
• 4 – 14 days                        75% of the tour cost
• 0 -4 days                            100% of the tour cost
• All holidays in this booklet are sold by Europals hub GMBH – Lucerne - Switzerland.

Documentation Handling Charges :

All rail passes are handed over to the passengers at the Zurich airport prefixed place. Any booking received from overseas will be charged additional delivery fees of CHF 25 per booking to cover the considerably increased communication, transportation & airport handling costs involved.

Hotels :

• Hotels suggested / confirmed are largely inspected by our quality control team, but this is sole discretion of the client/ agent to recheck the hotels services, category, location and other information while the confirmation is processed.
• Our Price is based on 2 adults sharing a standard room with basic facilities. Supplement may apply for additional facilities. Three bedded rooms are usually twin with additional bed. The additional bed is usually a folding bed.
• Number of night as stated on the price grid of each package relates to the number of nights accommodation reserved for you in a hotel or apartment.
• Check-in time is 2pm & checkout time is 10am.

Meals :

• We have tried to include continental breakfast in all the places, it consists of Juice, choice of bread, Tea/Coffee, preservers & some places you also get hot veg. or nonveg. dish.
• Indian meals are usually pre fixed meals or buffet meal.

Tour Cost :

• All package costs shown are based on the lowest price type of accommodation. Where applicable, supplements are payable for accommodation with additional facilities and / or alternate rail connections.
• All prices are based on Euro and include VAT.
• High season surcharges if any will be intimated.

Information - Value adds :

• It is necessary that you check your passport & visa & insurance details. Your travel documents should be in your possession all the time whiles your stay in Switzerland. In case due to any document misplaced or any reason passenger need to cut short the tour, the refund towards non utilized services is not possible.
• We suggest that you carry Swiss franks with you as it will be easy to do the purchase & other transactions.
• Do carry travel insurance with you.

Swiss Rail pass :

• Please refer the Swiss Rail passes/ Card jacket –cover for rail usage, validation, cancellation, refunds etc.
• Rail products are non refundable in case of partial usage or if already validated or in case of loss or theft or damage.

Baggage :

• We suggest to take limited to one (1) standard sized suitcase as there is lots of traveling & excursions involved apart from train travel.

The Extras :

• Food & drinks (unless specified shown as indicated in the tour charge)
• Gratuities to the tour Directors – guides, drivers, stewards on Cruise- train
• Portage, Document handling charges CHF 25 per booking, additional charges incurred for listed hotel facilities such as laundry, mini bar, tennis, sun beds, water sports, safety deposit box, a la carte meals, etc.
• Optional excursions, city sightseeing, and entrance fees, are excluded unless specified, holiday insurance etc.

Responsibility :

• Europals Tours, hereafter called the tour operator and/ or their representatives act only as agents for transportation companies and other companies. The responsibility of the tour operator and / or their representatives is limited. The tour operator will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation, for extra cost due to delay, change or other reasons. The operators cannot be held responsible for any fault, default or negligence by hotel owner or its employees.
• The tour operator reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tour itinerary.
• Any deposit will represent acceptance of all the above mentioned conditions.
